According to www.allisonmackonline.com today is Global Allison Mack Appreciation Day.
I'll kick off the festivities by saying that Allison Mack is one of the reason I watch Smallville (along with Tom Welling, Michael Rosenbaum, John Glover, and, you know, Superman). Her consistantly strong performance has developed the character of Chloe Sullivan to such a level that she's much more realistic and well-rounded than any other character on the show.
I love the interaction between Clark and Chloe. I think Clark is more Superman when he's with Chloe than he is with any one else.

Fri, February 16, 2007 - 9:51 AMI completely agree. Their dynamic has grown to something of she being an enabler for him, which we all know he just needs at this point.
Is it just me, or do the writers seem to not like her character these days? It seems to me that in almost every episode she is getting her butt kicked, or she gets some bad news, or both. -

Fri, February 16, 2007 - 8:36 PMAnd so we have a mystery...what superheroine will Chloe become later? I betcha that's what they're getting at, I betcha I betcha! -

Re: Allison Mack Appreciation Day
Sat, February 17, 2007 - 5:40 PMUnfortunately it's already been established that Chloe Sullivan isn't anywhere in the DC lore, so we'd either end up with her changing her name or just becoming a "meteor freak". Can they add characters to there DC universe? -

Mon, February 19, 2007 - 7:11 AMYes, they can. And actually back in Season 3 DC bought the rights to Chloe Sullivan. It's been over three years and they have yet to use her. Maybe they want to see how she turns out on the show first. -

Re: Allison Mack Appreciation Day
Mon, February 19, 2007 - 2:33 PMCool. Thanks for that info, I didn't know. Knowing that now, I'd actually like to see her developed into a character. I mean, there's got to be something more to her than just 'the girl who is obsessed with Clark and just happens to be cousins with Lois and dating Jimmie'. -

Re: Allison Mack Appreciation Day
Wed, February 21, 2007 - 4:34 PMThat whole Jimmy Olson thing is just weird...correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't he like, at least ten years Clark's junior? Or was that only in the TV show and the movies?
